Intake Specialist/Outreach Coordinator: The Intake Coordinator coordinates all activities associated with the admission of a prospective patient or workshop attendee. This role includes, but is not limited to, taking inquiry calls, providing program information, preparing initial intake paperwork, scheduling/conducting interviews/psychiatric assessments with prospective patients, coordinating with other staff and making referrals. Performs daily, weekly and monthly record keeping in relation to census, admissions and discharges. The Outreach Coordinator part of the position includes responsibility for outreach efforts, marketing, and liaising with outside providers and referral sources for all of Aurora's programs.
Must be able to work flexible schedule with some weekends. Must be willing to travel to conferences and various marketing events. This position is a 25 hour per week position with room to grow.
